Wet Process

This particular lot is from the village of Aramo, located in the highlands of Yirga Cheffe town. The altitude ranges from about 1900 - 2100 masl. The heirloom varietal coffee is fully washed, sun dried on African raised beds, and prepared to Grade 1 specifications.

Tasting notes:

When Hot : Complex/ Ripe Mandarin/ Cinnamon & Pine aftertaste

When Cool : Bergamot/ Jasmine/ Balanced Acidity/ Tea-like finish
